Every Thangka artwork we offer is created with care and respect for the traditional Rebgong Thangka painting heritage. We are committed to preparing and delivering your order safely and efficiently.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your package has been shipped, a second email containing your tracking information will be sent to you.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to the United States.

If you have any questions regarding availability or ordering, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Thangka Products

All in-stock products, including Thangka necklaces, pendants, and wall-hanging Thangkas, are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom Thangka Orders

Custom-made Thangka artworks require additional production time. Please allow approximately 30 days for completion before shipment.

Production time may vary depending on the complexity, size, and detail of the artwork.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, most orders within the United States are delivered within 7–15 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Local carrier operations  
• Weather conditions  
• Public holidays  
• Logistics or customs-related delays (if applicable)

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, certain delays may occur due to external shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Changes & Cancellation

Because many of our products are handmade and prepared individually, we recommend submitting any modification or cancellation requests as soon as possible.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.

Custom Orders

Once production has begun on a custom Thangka artwork, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.

After an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to become active.

For U.S. orders, applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout depending on your location and local regulations.

Any additional fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Shipping Delays

During peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected logistics disruptions, delivery times may be longer than usual.
