Every Thangka artwork we offer is created with care and respect for the traditional Rebgong Thangka painting heritage. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your package has been shipped, a second email containing your tracking information will be sent to you.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide.
If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship Thangka Products
All in-stock products, including Thangka necklaces, pendants, and wall-hanging Thangkas, will be processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom Thangka Orders
Custom-made Thangka artworks require additional creation time. Please allow approximately 30 days for production before shipment.
Production time may vary slightly depending on the complexity, size, and artistic details of the commissioned artwork.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After shipment, most international orders are delivered within 15–20 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on:
- Destination country or region
- Customs clearance procedures
- Local carrier operations
- Weather conditions and public holidays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
4. Order Changes & Cancellation
Because many of our products are handmade and prepared individually for each customer, we kindly ask that any order modifications or cancellation requests be submitted as soon as possible.
Ready-to-Ship Products
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Custom Orders
Once production has begun on a custom Thangka artwork, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
7. Shipping Delays
During peak seasons, international holidays, customs inspections, or unforeseen logistical events, delivery may take longer than usual.
