Return & Exchange Policy
Thank You for Supporting Inner Vision Art
At Inner Vision Art, every Thangka piece is individually hand-painted by skilled artists from the Tibetan cultural region of Rebgong (Tongren, Qinghai). Because each artwork is created by hand, no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in brushwork, color, and fine details are natural characteristics of authentic handmade art and should not be considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our products, all Thangka artworks are sold on a one-of-a-kind basis.
- Each piece is individually hand-painted and photographed.
- All product images accurately represent the specific artwork being purchased.
- For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items without quality-related issues once they have been sold and shipped.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support of traditional handmade craftsmanship before placing your order.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Defective
We carefully inspect every item before shipment. However, if you believe your order has arrived with a defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:
- A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
- Clear photos showing the affected area(s).
- A detailed description of the issue.
Please ensure the defect is clearly visible in the video and images so our team can properly review your claim.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be difficult to verify and may not qualify for compensation or replacement.
Contact Us
